Jean Béraud (January 12, 1849 – October 4, 1935) A French Impressionist painter and commercial artist. His paintings are noted for depicting Parisian life during the Belle Epoque.
An original Walter Edward Bohl watercolor of two Canadian Geese in flight, excellent original condition, signed Walter E. Bohl lower left, mounted in an older frame with a defunct Phoenix Arizona framing gallery address. I suspect this is from the 1950’s.

An oil painting of a gentleman by Vaclav Brozik, Czech, 1851-1901, Oil on canvas, “V. Brozik” tag affixed to a European gilt wood frame, the frame 30.5” X 24.”
Brozik studied at the Academy of Arts in Prague, Dresden and Munich. He also studied and painted in the Netherlands. His wife was the daughter of a successful Paris art dealer, he achieved notoriety and maintained an active market with elite Parisian socialites. He taught at the Prague Art Academy and lived in Paris. He was elected as a foreign member and the successor of John Millais in the French Academie des beaux-arts. Brozik is buried at the Cimetiere de Montmarte.
